Everything is confirmed. You travel.

I coordinate every confirmation before you leave, and you'll receive everything before departure. While you're away, I'm available during regular business hours should anything unexpected arise.

I leave airfare in your hands, where your personal loyalty programs and flexibility matter most. I focus on everything that happens once you land.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

I'll always recommend arranging travel insurance before anything is confirmed. It's the simplest way to protect the journey we've built together.

CHANGES

You're welcome to refine your itinerary up to three months before departure. After that, changes depend on supplier availability and may involve additional planning time or supplier fees.

RESPONSE TIME

I respond to inquiries within two business days. While you're traveling, I'm available during regular U.S. Eastern business hours should anything unexpected arise.

Visa and entry requirements remain your responsibility, though I'll always flag anything important you should be aware of during the planning process.
